Hearts of Oak defender Konadu Yiadom is on his way out of the club, with sources indicating he is unlikely to extend his stay beyond June.
The 25-year-old, who joined from WAFA in 2022, has been a consistent figure at the heart of the Phobians’ defence.
He briefly went on loan to Ukrainian side Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih but returned to Accra ahead of the 2024/25 season, featuring in 18 league matches and registering a goal and an assist.
Despite the club’s efforts to secure a contract renewal, Yiadom is reportedly keen on a fresh challenge. Talks have stalled, and unless there’s a late intervention possibly from club president Togbe Afede XIV; he is expected to exit as a free agent.
