Kofi Adams inspects Baba Yara Stadium ahead of Kotoko and GoldStars continental journeys

Sports and Recreation Minister Kofi Adams Ghana’s has, visited the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi to inspect its current state, particularly ahead of the possibility of the grounds being used for Kotoko and GoldStars’ continental exploits.

During his visit, Adams aimed to get a firsthand look at the stadium’s condition and discuss potential rehabilitation works to bring it up to CAF standards.

Adams’ visit is seen as a positive development for the stadium, with the Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene, expressing optimism about the potential for improvement.

The Sports Minister’s inspection visit is part of ongoing efforts to upgrade Ghana’s sports infrastructure, ensuring that facilities meet international standards for competitions.
