Hohoe United have announced the signing of experienced defender Kekeli Attor as they gear up for their first-ever Ghana Premier League season.
The former Great Olympics and Akatsi All Stars player brings top-level and Division One experience to the newly promoted side. His move was confirmed on July 19, 2025.
Attor played a key role in the Division One League with Akatsi before joining Olympics in 2023, where he featured in several high-profile matches, including a 2-1 win over his former club.
His arrival is part of Hohoe United’s push to build a solid squad following their dominant run in Zone Three, where they sealed promotion with 72 points, 23 wins, and a league-best 57 goals.
Known for his calm defending and smart reading of the game, Attor is expected to anchor Hohoe’s backline as they face off with Ghana’s top sides like Hearts of Oak and Kotoko.
Speaking at his unveiling, Attor said, “I’m thrilled to be part of this project. I’m ready to give my all in the Premier League and help the team make an impact.”
Hohoe United begin their campaign this August with eyes on survival and with Attor in defence, they’ll be counting on experience to steady the ship.
