Asante Kotoko’s newly appointed head coach, Abdul Karim Zito, has emphasizes the importance of unity in achieving success as Kotoko prepare for the 2025/26 CAF Confederation Cup.
Zito’s comment comes after Justice Blay went on a full-blown outburst, bringing to the public space issues behind the scenes involving players of the club.
“Kotoko was able to win the African Cup because there was Unity in the team,” he said at his unveiling.
“When there’s unity we will go far.”
Zito believes that a united team can overcome challenges and achieve great things.
He aims to foster a sense of unity and camaraderie among the players, which he believes will be crucial in driving the team to success.
