Kamaldeen Sulemana featured in Southampton’s match against Newcastle United on Sunday in the English Premier League.
Despite Sulemana’s efforts, the Saints suffered a 3-1 loss at St.James Park.
Starting on the flanks for Southampton, the Ghanaian international showcased his skills and talent in the attack. His performance helped set up Stuart Armstrong for the team’s first goal, giving Southampton the lead just four minutes before the first-half break.
However, Newcastle United, came back strong in the second half, and Southampton couldn’t withstand the pressure. They conceded three goals, with Callum Wilson scoring twice and Theo Walcott adding an own goal to turn things around for the Magpies.
The defeat has brought Southampton closer to relegation from the English Premier League, adding more pressure to Sulemana and his teammates.
