Former Kotoko skipper Justice Blay has apologised to the club after an outburst in an interview with Pure FM.
Blay highlighted issues within the club without holding back.
The midfielder spoke about his long-standing feud with former Kotoko teammates Camara and Kwame Opoku, clarifying the situation.
Blay cited issues with women as the cause, as well as naming a number of Kotoko players who indulge in smoking “shisha.”
However, the player has put out a statement, apologising for his actions, admitting his emotions got the better of him.
”I wish to offer my sincerest and unreserved apology to Asante Kotoko SC, its management, technical team, players, supporters, and everyone who may have been affected by my comments. It was never my intention to bring the name of this great club into disrepute or to diminish the contributions of those I’ve had the honour of working alongside.'” Blay wrote in a statement.
Blay is now a free agent after he mutually parted ways with Kotoko at the end of the 2024/25 season.
