Ghana Premier League giants, Asante Kotoko have completed the signing of midfielder Rashid Nortey.
The Kuamsi-based club in an official announcement on Wednesday, January 18, confirmed that it has secured the services of the former Medeama SC midfielder.
The midfielder has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with the Porcupine Warriors and is expected to strengthen the squad of the team immediately.
“Midfielder Rashid Nortey has signed for Asante Kotoko as a free player.
“Rashid has penned two and a half-deal after running down his contract with Medeama SC.
“Rashid comes with enormous quality and experience and will only improve our team to help us achieve our targets this season.
“We welcome our new signing and wish him all the best,” a club statement from Asante Kotoko said this evening.
