Junior Kaaba & Yassan combine to power Hearts of Oak to 4-0 pre-season win in Kumasi —

Hearts of Oak upped the ante in their pre-season campaign in Kumasi as they recorded an impressive 4-0 win over lower-tier side Future Stars on Wednesday afternoon.

Cameroonian pair of Junior Kaaba and Yassan Ouatching combined to propel the Rainbow club to victory in the Ashanti Region capital.

Kaaba was on hand to head home a Samuel Inkoom corner kick before his compatriot Yassan doubled the lead for Samuel Boadu’s men who are without as many as six starters due to international assignment with the Black Galaxies.

The Phobians firmed up the results before the end of the first stanza with Kaaba turning provider for talented Attacker Amankwaah Baafi.

Offensive midfielder Enock Asubonteng climbed off the bench to score the 4th goal.

Hearts will be camping in Kumasi until their 2022/23 Ghana Premier League opener against Aduana Stars FC in Dormaa Ahenkro.
