Ghanaian forward Jonathan Sowah has signed a two-year contract with Tanzanian Premier League side Simba SC.
The 26-year-old makes the move after a short stint with Singida Black Stars, where he joined in January 2025 from Libyan outfit Al Nasr.
Sowah played a key role in helping Singida secure a 4th-place finish in the 2024/25 Tanzanian league campaign.
A former Medeama SC standout, Sowah brings a wealth of experience across African football, having previously played in Ghana, Libya, and now Tanzania.
His familiarity with the Tanzanian league is expected to ease his transition into the Simba SC squad.
Simba finished the 2024/25 season just four points behind champions Yanga SC and are aiming to reclaim the league title after a four-year drought.
The addition of Sowah is seen as a strategic boost to their title ambitions.
The club will also be participating in the CAF Champions League next season, presenting a major platform for Sowah to showcase his talent at the continental level.
