Ghana defender John Boye wants to excel at the World Cup to secure a move to a bigger European club.
The 26-year-old is a key member of the Ghana squad that will play at the global showpiece in Brazil next year.
The Stade Rennes centre-back missed the World Cup play-offs against Egypt due to injury but will be available for selection after recovering from the setback.
The ex-Heart of Lions man, who will be making his debut appearance at the global stage, Â wants to impress to land a mega deal with a top European side.

“I have a personal ambition as an individual and that is to change my club.
“I have always had the dream to move to a bigger club after my contract with Rennes so the World Cup in Brazil gives me the opportunity to showcase what I have to the rest of the worldâ€
“My determination is to fight very hard and take my country to the top but personally I also want to play well and excel at my maiden World Cup competition.â€
The Black Stars must first negotiate group G ties against USA, Germany and Portugal.
