Black Queens assistant captain Jennifer Cudjoe says she’s honoured to represent Ghana at her first Women’s Africa Cup of Nations and is ready to give everything in Friday’s Group C clash against Mali.
“This is a dream come true for me,” she said. “It’s not going to be an easy game, but we’ve prepared well and taken lessons from the South Africa match. We’ll fight like it’s our last game.”
Ghana must win to stay in contention for a quarterfinal spot after losing 2-0 to South Africa in their opening match.
