Great Olympics striker Jindo Morishita, has cried out loud for playing time after receiving fewer minutes this term.
The 25-year-old attacker joined the Dade Boys from Ebusua Dwarfs during the second transfer window but has found it challenging to break into Bismark Kobi-Mensah’s team.
Despite his limited playing time, Jindo recognizes the importance of the team’s success and hopes they stay afloat this season.
“Well, you know as a player, you always want to deliver value on the pitch and if you are not given enough time, it is always frustrating,” Jindo said in an interview with Citi Sports.
“As I keep saying, it is not always about myself. It is about the team first, so I respect the coach. I trust him and I am always preparing myself to be ready when called upon.”
Great Olympics recently secured a crucial victory against Berekum Chelsea on matchday 25, ending their five-game winless streak in the league under Bismark Kobi Mensah.
The team is set to face league leaders Aduana FC in the matchday 26 games this weekend.
