SSV Jahn Regensburg’s Sporting Director, Achim Beierlorzer, is thrilled about the signing of Ghanaian attacker Davis Asante.
“With Davis Asante, we have acquired a fast, technically skilled, and talented player who, at 22, now wants to take the next step in his development,” Beierlorzer said to the club’s media.
He highlighted Asante’s versatility, noting that he has played as a left winger, right winger, and number ten in his career, which will give the club more options in attack.
“He has played as a left winger, right winger, and number ten in his career, giving us more versatility in attack,” he added.
Beierlorzer assured that the club will work with Asante over the coming months to ensure a quick settlement.
“We will work with him over the coming months to ensure he quickly settles in here at SSV Jahn and in the 3rd division,” he stated. Asante has signed a contract until 2027.
