Ivan Toney keen on new Brentford deal

England striker Ivan Toney is keen on signing a new deal with Brentford despite his love and hate relationship with their fans.

Toney has since found his feet as a top-flight striker and is the joint-highest scoring Englishman in the Premier League alongside Harry Kane, with both registering 12 goals so far this season but question marks have always been raised about his loyalty with the club following some viral videos where he was snapped badmouthing the club.

90min understands that the 26-year-old would like to see his form rewarded with a pay rise despite interest from Arsenal and West Ham. Apart from the two clubs, Everton, Newcastle, and Wolves are also said to be keeping a watchful eye on the player.

It is believed that the club will ask for a fee exceeding £50m if they are to sell the player with the club already keen to pump the money on getting new players more so in the midfield where they are expected to part ways with Christian Eriksen.
