Ghanaian striker Fumador Asiwome showcased his goal-scoring prowess for Vipers SC as they recorded a resounding victory against NEC FC in the Ugandan Premier League.
Asiwome bagged a second half hat-trick as Vipers SC thrashed their visitors 4-1 at the St Mary’s Park on Wednesday.
The forward scored thrice in 14 minutes after the first half ended in stalemate.
It was his third goal in five matches this season.
Junior Yunus had opened the scoring in the 24th minute before nine minutes later, Crowmell Rwothomio netted to restore parity.
The win sends Vipers SC up to second on the league table with 27 points.
