President of Division One Club, New Edubiase United, Abdul Salam Yakubu has availed himself to serve under the current leadership of the Ghana Football Association when been called upon.
His comments come after Black Stars failure to secure a victory in any of their group games, finishing third in Group B and eventually got booted out from the group stages leading to the sack of Chris Hughton and dissolution of the technical team.
In an interview on Happy FM, the football administrator addressed the crucial need for a revival in Ghana football citing disunity as a major factor in the decline of the sport.
“The only way Ghana football will be revived is if truth and honesty transpires. We have not only personalized the Black Stars, we have personalized our football in general.” He told Happy FM.
“I am willing to serve if called upon to help revive Ghana football. This is the time where all stakeholders need to be involved,” he added.
