Hearts of Oak star player Patrick Razak was arrested and arraigned before an Accra court by the IGP Task Force, according to a revelation made by popular club supporter Mohammed Alhassan.

Speaking to Asempa FM’s Enoch Worlanyo on the SportsNite show on Wednesday night, Alhassan reveals the 26-year-old fleet-footed winger was arrested by the police unit a couple of weeks ago.

According to the details shared by the vociferous supporter on the show, the 2017 Black Stars B player was arrested for driving an unregistered vehicle and using it to commit an offense which he failed to throw more lights on.

Alhassan was recounting he played in getting the former Horoya player freed and disclosed that he was fined by an Accra court.

Razak rejoined Hearts in 2020 after ending his spell with Guinean club Horoya AC and has played a vital role in the Phobians’ season – providing assists and winning penalties.

He climbed off the bench to score the winning goal against rivals Asante Kotoko in the 2022 GHALCA President’s Cup.
