Former Ghana Football Association Communications Director Ibrahim Saanie Daara has expressed optimism about the Black Stars’ future despite a disappointing goalless draw against Sudan in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.
The draw leaves Ghana’s hopes of qualifying for the Morocco tournament uncertain with Addo’s side on two points after playing three games.
Despite the Black Stars having a shaky outing, Daara is still positive and called on Ghanaians to exercise patience for the team to thrive.
“We need to exercise patience for the Black Stars to thrive. Much improved performance. Kids give hope for a good Black Stars future, ” Daara shared on social media.
The Black Stars will travel to Libya for the reverse fixture on Monday, October 14 to face Sudan.
