Ghanaian forward Ibrahim Osman has expressed his excitement about joining AJ Auxerre on a season-long loan deal from Brighton & Hove Albion.
“Happy to be here. Can’t wait to get started. See you soon,” Osman said in a video shared by the French club.
AJ Auxerre announced Osman’s arrival, highlighting his top-level experience with both club and country despite his young age.
The 20-year-old attacking midfielder has been assigned the number 23 jersey and will play for the French Ligue 1 outfit during the 2025/26 season.
The club’s statement read, “A two-time Ghanaian international, Ibrahim already possesses, despite his young age, top-level experience, both for club and country.
This is one of the many qualities, in addition to his speed and ability to eliminate, that he brings to our squad. Ibrahim, welcome to AJA.”
The loan deal includes an option for AJ Auxerre to sign Osman on a permanent basis at the end of the season.
