Ghanaian forward Ibrahim Osman has started training with his new team, AJ Auxerre, after signing a season-long loan deal from Brighton & Hove Albion.
Osman expressed his excitement after joining the French Ligue 1 side, saying, “Happy to be here. Can’t wait to get started. See you soon”. He’ll wear the number 23 jersey and has the potential to make a significant impact for Auxerre this season.
Osman joins Auxerre on a loan deal worth €16 million, with an option to buy. The 20-year-old attacking midfielder has previously played for Feyenoord Rotterdam on loan from Brighton, where he made 32 appearances, scoring four goals and providing three assists.
At Auxerre, he’ll link up with fellow Ghana internationals Gideon Mensah and Elisha Owusu.
