Tottenham Hotspur are hoping to bring Christian Eriksen back to north London, according to the Times.
Following an excellent six-month spell at Brentford, the Dane now has several clubs keen to secure his services.
Spurs, Manchester United and Brentford are all said to be interested in signing the midfielder.
However, his former club believe that they hold the advantage over other interested teams.
The 30-year-old wants to be back in the Champions League and Spurs can offer him that route back into Europe’s elite competition.
? “I have a good history of scoring at Stamford Bridge! The last few months have been very emotional for me. I’m very happy to be here.” ?
