Footage of Tottenham Hotspur star Heung-min Son enjoying his summer holidays has piqued widespread attentions across social media on Friday.
Wide-man Son, of course, is fresh off a scintillating campaign last time out, which ultimately culminated in the 30-year-old securing a share of the Premier League’s Golden Boot.
And, even during his permitted time away from north London to rest up ahead of the new season, Son, evidently, remained keen to maintain at least some level of sharpness on the pitch.
As alluded to above, on Friday, a clip centering on the former Bayer Leverkusen standout’s head-turning exploits during an amateur match in his home country of South Korea has come to the fore online.

The footage in question showcases Son picking the ball up deep inside his own half of play.
Rather than embark on a trademark lung-busting run through the heart of the opposition’s defence, though, the gifted attacker instead lifted his head, spotting the opposing team’s goalkeeper some way off his line.
And Son went on to take full advantage of the situation, unleashing a sumptuous long-range effort which found its way over the shot-stopper in question, before nestling in the bottom of the net.
