Helsingborg have won just one of their last six matches against Allsvenskan rival Djurgardens. On Monday, Helsingborg will welcome Djurgardens to the Olympia Stadion in a must-win game.
The home side is bottom of the Allsvenskan standings with a mere six points from 13 matches. Helsingborg have not won any of their last six matches in the league but are coming off of a 1-1 draw with Kalmar.

Djurgardens are second in the Allsvenskan standings ahead of round No. 14. The Blue and Black are on a three-match winning streak and just one point off of league leader BK Haecken.
BK Haecken have slipped up in recent weeks with back-to-back draws. The league leaders do have a match in hand, but based on form, Helsingborg could move into first place by the end of Monday’s match with Helsingborg.
This is the second Allsvenskan match of the season between Helsingborg and Djurgardens this season. Helsingborg were able to get an away 2-2 draw with Djurgardens in the fixture. The home side will have confidence that points can be obtained on Monday.
In the previous meeting, Helsingborg jumped out to a 2-0 lead thanks to two goals from Taha Abdi Ali. A Helsingborg own goal followed to make the match 2-1 at halftime. Djurgardens finished off the comeback in the 90th minute thanks to a goal from Isak Hien.
Djurgardens are in great form heading into the game with 13 points from the last 18 points on offer. The Blue and Black’s defence conceded a mere three goals across the last six matches in the Allsvenskan.
Helsingborg picked up just one point from the last six games in the division. That point came in a 1-1 draw with Kalmar last time out. Helsingborg conceded 12 goals and scored five times across the last six matches.
Djurgardens coaches Kim Bergstrand and Thomas Lagerlof have just one player on the injury list. Defender Elliot Kack has a knee injury and is a doubt to play.
The coaches of Helsingborg, Mattias Lindstrom and Alvaro Santos, have three players on the injury list heading into the match. Defender Ali Suljic is a major doubt with a foot injury. Midfielders Victor Blixt and Sumar Almadjed are both unlikely to play.
Helsingborg got a draw last time out versus Djurgardens. This time around, based on their form, Djurgardens should get a win and potentially move to the top oft he table. Djurgardens will get a 2-1 win to continue their winning streak.
