Hearts of Oak’s young goalkeeper Seidu Mutawakilu feels the players are getting behind their coach and it is telling in their performance.
The Phobians recently beat newly promoted side Dream’s FC 2- in a preseason game and also comprehensively saw off Ifeantah Ubah from Nigeria.
Before that the former Ghanaian champions had produced an encouraging display against Inter Allies which was managed by former Hearts trainer Herbert Addo.
The over all change in attitude of the entire playing body has instilled belief in the team as they gear up for their first game of the season against New Edubiase this weekend.
“The coach is getting everyone ready and that is very impressive,” Seidu told GHANAsoccernet.com
“We are all working very hard in training and I guess its reflecting in our performance.”
“There has been a whole lot that has been said but the coach certainly knows where he wants to send this team.”
“Last season wasn’t too good but we hope to improve in this coming one.”
