Hearts of Oak’s board member Barima Atuahene says he disapproves the decision to add Vincent Odotei Sowah and Alhaji Akanbi to the board.
The board has resolved to appoint the former executives of the club to swell the numbers at the highest decision making body of the club.
Odotei Sowah was a one-time Chief Executive Officer of the club while Alhaji Akanbi was replaced at the board after losing his chairmanship of the club’s supporter’s wing to Barima Atuahene who wants to register his displeasure over the board’s intention.
“If really the board is going ahead to approve he appointment of these two people then me as a supporters leaders will not be part of it,” he told Joy FM.
“I will walk out of the meeting and go and meet my people.
“So I want to put on record that I don’t agree with such appointments.”
