Hearts of Oak shareholders approve new board members at 6th AGM

Hearts of Oak shareholders have approved the new nine-member board at Thursday’s Annual General Meeting held at the Civil Service Auditorium in Accra.

The new members were unveiled on March 27 ahead of the Annual General Meeting.

His Royal Majesty Togbe Afedi XIV continues in his role as the Executive Board Chairman, providing continuity in leadership.

Among the notable members retained from the previous board are Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, Vincent Odotei Sowah, and Ivy Heward-Mills, who bring experience and familiarity to the newly constituted board.

Adding to the mix is Delali Anku-Adiamah, the Managing Director of Accra Hearts of Oak, who joins the board to contribute his expertise and insights to the club’s governance.

A fresh addition to the board includes Dr. Kenneth Ashigbey, former Managing Director of Graphic Communications Group Limited, along with Samuel Wilfred Yaw Inkoom, Akwasi Agyeman, and Prof. Agyemang Badu Akosa, bringing diverse backgrounds and skills to the leadership team.
