Ghana Premier League side, Hearts of Oak have fired head coach Slavko Matic, according to local media reports.
The embattled gaffer has been sidelined since he was chased out of the training ground by disgruntled supporters following back to back defeats to Aduana Stars and Great Olympics.
The Serbian trainer was not in the dugout for the Super Clash win against arch rivals Asante Kotoko last Sunday.
The management of the club have decided to part ways with Matic after a crisis meeting to assess the situation.
The coach has been showed the exit door barely five months after taking charge from Samuel Boadu.
Hearts of Oak are expected to confirm the news in an official announcement any time soon.
