The stage is ready for Ghana’s two heavyweight clubs Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko to lock horns for the Super Cup trophy.
This comes after Hearts of Oak’s MTN FA Cup triumph over Bechem United on Sunday night.
The defending champions came from behind to lift the trophy thanks to goals from Caleb Amankwah and Daniel Afriyie Barnieh after Emmanuel Avornyo had given the Hunters the lead.
It means Rainbow club have a record extending 12th FA Cup trophies, more than any other club.
Asante Kotoko clinched their 25th Ghana Premier League title with 67 points.
