Communication Director of National Lottery Authority, Goodfellow Offei says Hearts of Oak are yet to bring their proposal for a contract renewal.
The statutory agency signed a one year contract with the 21-time Ghana Premier League champions in November, 2021 with less than a month remaining for expiration.
NLA’s spokesperson all but confirms Hearts are likely to lose sponsorship deal, should not proposal come from the club in the coming weeks.
“The contract we signed with Hearts of Oak was one year and it will end in November and no Hearts of Oak management has come for with extension proposal,” Goodfellow Offei told Kumasi Pure FM.
“As it stands now, NLA doors are open and we will sponsor if only we go on agreement with them. We don’t have anything against Hearts of Oak and we are waiting for them to submit their proposal. He concluded.
