Following a tough match that saw Nsoatreman FC fall 2-1 to Accra Hearts of Oak, Nsoatreman’s General Manager, Alagidede Eric, has praised the victors for their prowess in the Ghana Premier League.
The Sunday game at Nana Koromansah Park showcased the Phobians’ dominance in the league, according to the football executive.
The match saw Salifu Ibrahim neutralize an early lead by Nsoatreman’s striker Walid Fuseini at the 23-minute mark, with Cisse Kassim later sealing the win for Hearts of Oak.
This victory adds to a series of successful outings for Accra Hearts of Oak, who are enjoying a notable streak under the guidance of their new coach, Ouattara Aboubakar.
“Hearts of Oak have shown that they are the big boys in the Ghana Premier League ” Eric told Asempa FM in an interview
“I am saying this because of what l saw in our game on Sunday at our home ground”
With this win, Ouattara’s squad has ascended to the seventh position in the league, amassing 27 points. The team is eager to extend their winning streak in their upcoming match against Bofoakwa Tano.
On the flip side, Nsoatreman FC, now in fourth place with 30 points, looks to recover from this setback in their next game against Dreams FC at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu.
