Trainer of Heart of Lions, Fataw Salifu, has expressed satisfaction after his side’s drawn game against Hearts of Oak on Wednesday.
The Volta-based outfit played to a goalless draw with the Phobians in their outstanding Ghana Premier League clash at the Hohoe Stadium.
Heart of Lions failed to secure a win in the opening nine games, drawing seven and ending two in defeat.
Speaking to the media after the game, Coach Salifu conveyed his thoughts on the match.
“We are a team that is still looking for 3 points. I think that in every match, you go with the intention of winning at the end. But if you also see the nature of the game and one-point results, I think that you also have to appreciate it,”Salifu said at full time.
“Of course, one point is better than what happened to us last week.”
Kpando Heart of Lions are away to Nations FC for their next game.
