Attacker Hamza Issah scored twice to help Hearts of Oak end their three game losing run by beating Karela United at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Phobians had lost three consecutive games and were staring defeat in the face when Mohammed Dafie gave Karela the lead with a stunning strike inside two minutes.
Hamza scored a tap-in around half an hour to restore parity before Salim Adams’ absolute scorcher put Hearts in front in the 63 minute.
Hamza then made sure of victory with a goal from a spot kick in the 89th minute to seal the comeback.
The triumph eases pressure on coach Aboubakar Ouattara after a run of defeats following a promising start to life at the club.
Hearts who are currently in the top ten as a result of the win, hope to secure victory in their next encounter against Legon Cities.
on the other hand, the defeat extends Karela’s recent poor form with one win in five matches.
They sit 14th on the league log and face Accra Lions in their next outing.
