West Ham United manager Graham Potter has expressed his admiration for Mohammed Kudus, highlighting the Ghanaian midfielder’s ability to create opportunities on the field.
Potter, who previously managed Chelsea and Brighton, shared these comments ahead of West Ham’s upcoming Premier League clash against Fulham at the London Stadium, with kick-off set for 19:00 GMT tonight.
Kudus played a part in the Hammers’ recent FA Cup loss to Aston Villa at Villa Park last weekend. Reflecting on the team’s tactical approach amid injury concerns, Potter emphasized the importance of adaptability.
“In situations like these, when key players are unavailable, you have to be flexible,” he explained. “You need to assess the strengths of your attacking options and make the most of what they can offer. Mo [Kudus] is certainly someone who gives us that flexibility, and it’s something we can use.”
Now in his second season with West Ham, Kudus has contributed three goals and an assist in 15 league appearances. He remains determined to help his team bounce back and secure a victory against Fulham.
