Ghana Premier League top scorer, Yaw Annor has landed in Egypt to undergo medicals for an imminent move to Ismaily SC.
He is expected to be done with the medical examination by the close of the week to seal the transfer.
The Egyptian Premier League side reached an agreement with AshantiGold SC for the services of the 28-year-old.
AshantiGold will receive around $200,000 from Ismaily on the player’s transfer.
The 24-year-old had an impressive season where he won the Ghana Premier League Golden boot award.
The winger scored 22 goals in 31 matches and equalled the long-standing record of Hearts of Oak legend Ismeal Addo.
He was recently named the Home-based Footballer of the Year at the Ghana Football Awards night.
Annor won the Ghana FA Cup with Bechem United in 2015 before leaving the shores of Ghana to play in Spain for CF Fuenlabrada and Burgos CF.
