Ghanaian forward Yaw Annor has joined Egyptian Premier league side Ismaily Sporting Club on a long term contract, Kickoffghana.com can confirm.
The former Bechem United star boy inked down a five-year deal with Ismaily following fruitful agreement between both parties.
Ashanti Gold now demoted to the Division Two will receive over $200,000 for the sale of Annor.
The 24-year-old has been impressive in the Ghana Premier League for the Miners where he netted 22 goals in 30 games to win the 2021-2022 Ghana premier league top scorer and was recently adjudged Home-based player of the year at the 2022 Ghana Football Awards.
Annor equalled the long-standing record of Hearts of Oak Legend Ismeal Addo’s of the most goals in a single campaign.
The winger previously departed for Europe after winning the MTN FA Cup title with Bechem United in 2016 where he played for CF Fuenlabrada and Burgos CF in Spain lower tier.
