Reigning Ghana Premier League champions Gold Stars FC now know the path they’ll walk to defend their historic crown, as the Ghana Football Association has officially released the full fixture list for the 2025/26 season.

The Bibiani-based side will begin their title defence on familiar turf, welcoming Bechem United to Duns Park on opening weekend.

With the confidence of champions and the hunger to repeat their triumph, Frimpong Manso’s men are poised to make a statement from Day 1.

Hearts of Oak, eager to bounce back after an inconsistent 2024/25 season, will host Hohoe United, one of the three newly promoted clubs.

Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko will hit the road to face Berekum Chelsea, aiming to reassert their dominance after falling short last season.

Other former champions also face tricky starts including Medeama SC who travel to face Young Apostles, and FC Samartex visit Vision FC.

It’s also a fresh chapter for Swedru All Blacks and Eleven Wonders, who return to the topflight with away trips to Nations FC and Basake Holy Stars, respectively.

Heart of Lions, last season’s runners-up, will be eager to start strong at home against Dreams FC, while Karela United kick off their campaign against Aduana FC.
