Bibiani GoldStars coach Frimpong Manso is focused on securing the Ghana Premier League title in his team’s final match against Accra Lions on Sunday at Dun’s Park.
A win would crown GoldStars champions, having matched Nations FC on points after their game was abandoned due to violence.
Manso emphasized the importance of the match, in his pre game presser saying:
“We are very prepared. All we have done this week is to prepare very well and round up our season successfully. It happens to be our last game of the season and this is not a game we are taking for granted at all and when you look at that game, it is a league decider for us, so we have worked hard to win this game.”
Manso expressed satisfaction with the team’s preparations, adding, “I am very happy with preparations so far.”
GoldStars have accumulated 60 points in 33 matches and are poised to secure their first top-flight title with a win over Accra Lions.
The team’s fate largely rests on their own hands, and Manso’s team will aim to finish the season on a high note with a championship win.
