The Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram will once again be the heartbeat of youth football in Ghana as it hosts the final of the 2025 MTN Elite U19 Championship on Sunday, November 2.

Following a competitive group stage that featured ten regional teams, four sides – Eastern Region, Greater Accra Region, Ashanti Region, and Brong Ahafo Region – have advanced to the semi-final stage.

The penultimate clashes are scheduled for Friday, October 31, with Eastern Region facing Greater Accra Region in the first fixture before Ashanti Region lock horns with Brong Ahafo Region in the second encounter.

The winners from both ties will progress to the much-anticipated final on Sunday.

The tournament, which kicked off on October 23, has been a vibrant display of Ghana’s youthful football talent and has offered a platform for promising players to gain exposure.

Over the past week, the competition has drawn attention from national team scouts and football enthusiasts eager to witness the emergence of the country’s next big stars.

The Elite U19 Championship forms part of the Ghana Football Association’s broader vision to strengthen the nation’s football structure from the grassroots up.

The initiative continues to bridge the gap between youth and professional football, aligning with the GFA’s commitment to sustainable talent development.
