Ghanaians must prioritize the Ghana Premier League- Dreams FC defender Seth Agyemang

Dreams FC defender Seth Agyemang has called on Ghanaians to prioritize the Ghana Premier League at the expense of other leagues.

The domestic top-flight has struggled to attract significant attention in recent years. However, the 23-year-old, who has been an integral member of the Still Believe lads has urged Ghanaians to show keen interest in the league.

“I will plead with Ghanaians to support Ghana football so we can also move forward. When you go to other African countries, it is fans that carries the team but the narrative is not the same in Ghana. I will urge Ghanaians to support the Ghana Premier League and I believe things will be better” he said.

Agyemang has been instrumental for Dreams FC in the both the Ghana Premier League and the CAF Confederations Cup this season.

He has made 12 appearances in the league whiles featuring five times in the Confederations Cup.

The defender travelled with the team to Nigeria for the final group game against Rivers United.
