Ghanaian winger Maxwell Acosty has been named the most valuable player in K League 2 for matchday 34.
The Korea Professional Football Federation announced on the 24th that FC Anyang’s man had been named the competition’s MVP.
Acosty recorded three assists in an away match against Daejeon Hana Citizen at the Daejeon World Cup Stadium, leading Anyang to a 3-2 victory.
The 30-year-old has the pleasure of being named MVP for the second time this season, following his win on Matchday 31.
Acosty, born in Sunyani, moved to the South Korean second-tier side in 2020 and has established himself as a key player.
He joined Anyang side from Croatian side HNK Rijeka.
