Cambodian Premier League side Visakha FC have secured the services of Ghanaian forward Nana Kwame Oppong on a permanent deal ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The 23-year-old attacker joins the Phnom Penh outfit following a stellar campaign with Heart of Lions, where he netted 11 goals in 28 appearances.
After initially joining Heart of Lions on loan from Tamale Liberty in the 2023/24 season where he scored twice in 15 games, his performances earned him a permanent switch.
That move proved to be a masterstroke, as he became the Kpando-based club’s main goal threat during the just-ended season.
With Oppong now part of their attacking arsenal, Visakha are hoping his arrival will add the cutting edge needed to deliver their first-ever league crown.
The Ghanaian becomes the latest African export to join the Cambodian league, further highlighting the country’s growing appeal as a destination for emerging talent.
