Ghanaian midfielder Isaac Arthur has joined Moroccan second-tier side Kenitra Athletic Club from Swiss giants FC Basel.
The 20-year-old signed a deal with the North Africans in the summer transfer window.
“We are delighted to announce the signing of our new midfielder, Isaac, from FC Basel,” Kenitra announced.
Arthur is expected to play a key role in Kenitra’s bid for promotion to the Moroccan topflight league.
After sealing the deal, Arthur expressed his excitement, saying, “Salamualaikum. I am Isaac, happy to be here. Let’s enjoy the season,” in a video shared by the club.
The former Berekum Chelsea player has already begun training with Kenitra as they prepare for the new season.
