Ghanaian midfielder Fatau Mohammed returns to Granada FC after Rayo loan spell

Ghanaian international midfielder Fatau Mohammed has issued a partying message to Rayo Vallecano fans as he ends his season-long loan spell at the club and returns to Granada FC.

The 22-year-old central midfielder joined Rayo before the start of the 2014/15 for regular first team playing opportunities.

But he was limited to just 10 La Liga appearances due to loss of form and injury complications.

“I want to thank all the great family of Vallecas for support and love! Live vallecas and lightning, force live,” he tweeted.

Fatau will return to Granada to fight for a place in the first team and before leaving, expressed his gratitude to Rayo fans and team-mates.
