Former Ghana youth star Clifford Aboagye was on the scoresheet for Queretaro FC against Cruz Azul in the Liga MX Apertura on Saturday evening.

The midfield magician who came off the bench in the 55th minute for Rodrigo Lopez made an instant impact.

He was fast in the box with an electrifying speed to connect Angel Sepulveda’s Cross from the right.

He joined the game when his side was down 1-0, his goal levelled matters for his side who were playing away.

Tabo scored, 7 minutes from full time to deny Aboagye and his side at least a point as the game finished 2-1 in favour of Cruz Azul.

Aboaye, 27, returned to Queretaro as a free agent in July.
