Ghanaian midfielder Alhassan Wakaso turned on the screws for Rio Ave in their 1-1 stalemate at Sporting Braga.
The 24-year-old impressed heavily for his side as they sniffed off a point from Braga in the Portuguese top-flight on Monday night.
The Ghanaian played full throttle and distinguished himself at the heart of the park.
It was a vital point for Rio Ave as they lost 3-1 at home to giants FC Porto last weekend.
Alhassan Wakaso, the junior brother of Ghana international Mubarak, was voted the side’s Player of the Year last term.
