Ghanaian midfielder Alhassan Wakaso expected to return for Vitoria Setubal clash

Ghanaian midfielder Alhassan Wakaso is expected to return to the Rio Ave side for their game against Vitorial Setubal this weekend.

The box to box midfielder sat out his side’s 3-1 victory over Arouca due to accumulation of yellow cards.

Wakaso has been one of the impressive stories for Rio this season with his incredible energy and verve helping them to 5th place in the league after 13 round of games.

The Ghanaian who is the younger brother of Las Palmas midfielder Mubarak Wakaso has played in 11 league games this season and only recently extended his contract with Rio Ave.
