Ghanaian forward Richmond Tachie on target for Kaiserslautern in draw against FC Nürnberg

German-based Ghanaian forward Richmond Tachie played a pivotal role in helping Kaiserslautern FC secure an away draw against FC Nürnberg in the German Bundesliga 2 on Sunday.

The 24-year-old Ghanaian player lasted 85 minutes as his outfit played out a 1-1 draw against their opponent at the Max-Morlock-Stadion.

Tachie opened the scoring for the visitors after 34 minutes into the game after connecting from Kenny Prince Redondo pass. Kaiserslautern went to recess with the advantage.

Putting up a stellar performance, the host fought back to snatch a point after leveling the pegging in the 64th minute mark through Can Uzun.

The Ghanaian forward is an integral member of the Kaiserslautern team this season, scoring six goals and providing seven assists in 24 games.
