Ghanaian forward Kwame Peprah delivered an outstanding performance to help Kerala Blasters secure victory over Mumbai City in the India Super League.

The former King Faisal attacker who joined the club in August 2023 was called to action when his outfit hosted their opponent on Sunday afternoon.

Peprah played a pivotal role as his side cruised to a 2-0 home win over Mumbai City in the week one of the campaign.

The former Orlando Pirates star was involved in all goals, scoring one and assisting one in the process.

The home team shot into the lead through Dimitrios Diamantakos after just 11 minutes into the game after he was set up by the Ghanaian forward. Peprah sealed victory for the host before the halftime break.

He is contracted to Kerala Blasters until 2025.
