Ghanaian forward Eric Ocansey scored for Lierse Kempenzonen on Sunday to power the team to a narrow win over Oostende in the Belgium second-tier league.
The 26-year-old winger was called to action in his outfit away fixture against Oostende and contributed significantly towards the team’s success.
Putting on a stellar performance, Ocansey found the back of the net of the opponent in the 33rd minute to shoot his team into the lead. The visitors went to recess with the advantage.
With no additional goal in the match, the Ghanaian attacker and his team cruised to victory to merit the three maximum points at stake.
Ocansey has now scored two goals in 14 appearances in the lower-tier league for his outfit so far this season.
