Ismaily’s Ghanaian duo Emmanuel Banahene and Torric Jebrin will work under their third coach of the season after the club appointed Khaled El-Kamash following the resignation of Tunisian Nasreddine Nabi.
They began the season with Ahmed ‘Mido’ Hossam, 32, who is currently leading Zamalek.
The former AC Leopards of Congo and Saudi Al-Hilal manager Nabi resigned after a poor run.
He was unveiled late December as Ismaily’s coach.
Nabi guided the team through a mere six games, winning only once against ENPPI, drawing twice against El-Short and Smouha, and losing three matches against Masry, Ahly and Wadi Degla.
“Ismaily’s board thanked Tunisian tactician Nabi for his unlucky short spell at the club,” the club stated on their official website on Wednesday.
“We appreciate Nabi understanding that the club’s circumstances affected the team’s results,” the statement added.
